Our nutrition coaching focuses on building sustainable habits that support your training, recovery and body composition goals. You'll get individualized guidance, accountability and a strategy tailored to your lifestyle so you can perform well in the gym and feel confident outside of it.
Why it matters: Nutrition is one of the biggest levers for energy, recovery, metabolic health, and long-term progress.

We truly mean it when we say we are a family here at Sawed-Off and your kids should be included alongside your fitness journey. CrossFit kids is specifically designed to introduce children ages 5-13 to the foundational movements in a fun and encouraging atmosphere.
Why it matters:
Kids who learn movement early build confidence, coordination, teamwork, and a healthier relationship with fitness.
Our expert coaches use a fun combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting to get our kids to love exercise.

Ages 9-13: Monday & Wednesday 5:30pm
All Kids Welcomed to Free Community Class Saturday 10:00am
